Decent hotel with fantastic location and great value for money.
Great location and walking distance to Poblacion area, staff accomodated to personal request. Easy check in there are plenty of cafes and food options nearby. Wifi is pretty good.
Had to specifically request room cleaning service / refresh the room. Can be a little bit noisy but you will get used to it.

Enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable.
The hotel is pretty awesome. Friendly staff at all levels. A clean, comfortable and spacious room. The bathroom is also bigger than most I've encountered in South East Asia to date. An easy to use spacious security box. I was able to put all my valuable in it, including my laptop (13"). A small but perfectly good swimming pool. The spa was relaxing. The elevators are pretty quick and very quiet. A good range of food for the breakfast, don't expect a traditional full English, be adventurous. Brewed coffee, always brewed coffee. The WiFi connection was always excellent.
I didn't know what to expect. I was led to believe Makati is the restaurant centre for Manila, it's not. It's more like a red light district.
